Close proximity to slopes. Cozy and nice atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Large and clean room with separated beds and spacious bathroom. Convenient location within sport park complex. Easy parking with gated entrance. Excellent Wi-Fi and internet connection

The hotel was next to Liberec train station. I used free parking onsite. Proximity to Fountain of Neptune, it was only 1 mile away.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient for accessing the ski slopes, with beautiful scenic views all around. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service.
Cannot find any fault.

The hotel provided a quiet space in a peaceful area with free parking and an efficient Wi-Fi connection. the hotel was located in a place that was close to different tourist attractions and dining options.
Although the staff was calm and professional, the cleaning service was not up to the mark. The blinds in the room did not block out the sunlight properly, which could be a hindrance to light sleepers.

The hotel is conveniently located near some local restaurants and other attractions which is nice. the rooms are designed for disabled customers and have a good amount of space. the beds are quite comfortable and the bathrooms are clean.
The attitude of the staff is consistently poor and unhelpful, which can really put a damper on the overall experience.
